Kirk Kirkpatrick is Managing Director of Crosh Consulting, LLC.
Mr. Kirkpatrick is an expert in project management and while consulting on behalf of Crosh has managed multiple large transitions as well as designing and building mortgage and consumer lending centers for multiple clients.
Prior to joining Crosh, Mr. Kirkpatrick retired from Bank of America in August 2006 after serving as Senior Vice President and Consumer Real Estate/Premier Banking Sales Process Executive. In that role, he had overall responsibility for driving the consumer real estate sales process in support of the company’s Premier Banking Segment.
During his 32-year career at Bank of America, Mr. Kirkpatrick held a variety of executive leadership positions. Prior to his role in Consumer Real Estate Kirk served as senior change manager for Consumer Real Estate Servicing, where he was responsible for all projects, change processes and integration of mortgage and consumer loan servicing at Bank of America, a top 5 mortgage and home equity lender.
At various times over his career Mr. Kirkpatrick was also Fair Lending Executive for Bank of America, Senior Credit Policy Executive for NationsBank Consumer Lending in addition to managing home equity lending centers and servicing for C&S Bank in Atlanta.
Kevin Shannon is Managing Director of Crosh Consulting, LLC.
Mr. Shannon retired from Bank of America in March 2006 after serving as Senior Vice President and Enterprise Credit Risk Executive. In that role, he had overall responsibility for driving the strategic assessment of the enterprise credit portfolio and implementing and improving policies, tools, processes and reporting for managing credit across the corporation. In this role Shannon had responsibility for Bank of America’s Credit Review function, the Allowance for Loan and Lease Losses (ALLL), and credit risk reporting.
During his 24-year career at NCNB, NationsBank and Bank of America, Mr. Shannon held a variety of positions and responsibilities. From 2000 through 2004 Kevin served as the President of Bank of America’s Consumer Real Estate division, a top 5 mortgage and home equity lender that generated over $1 billion in annual earnings. Prior to that, Shannon held various leadership roles in Card Services, Consumer and Commercial Banking, Marketing, Risk Management and Special Assets.
Mr. Shannon graduated from East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina, in 1982, earning a Masters in Business Administration. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Cum Laude, from East Carolina University.
Craig Rosato is Managing Director of Crosh Consulting, LLC.
Mr. Rosato has over 25 years of experience in the financial services and public accounting industry. Most recently he spent 15 years in several executive level roles at Bank of America where he was the Chief Risk Officer of the bank’s consumer businesses. Prior to that he was the Corporate Chief Accounting Officer where he was responsible for all corporate level financial reporting, planning and forecasting and all business controller functions.
He has extensive experience is all aspects of consumer banking including mortgage, home equity, credit card and auto lending, deposits corporate investments and treasury. He was also responsible for the bank's Consumer Special Assets business and the liquidation of over $20 billion of troubled assets.
Prior to joining Bank of America, he spent 10 years at Ernst & Young, a big four accounting firm. At Ernst & Young Mr. Rosato was Senior Audit Manager in the company’s Financial Service Practice: Clients served- US Bank-FKA First Bank Systems, MNC Financial, PaineWebber Mortgage, First United Corporation, Olympic Financial, LTD.
Mr. Rosato earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland at College Park, Cum Laude.
